Curso de equilibrio sobre el cable para adultos, amateurs y profesionales.

Durante el curso descubriremos y profundizaremos la técnica del equilibrio–desequilibrio sobre el cable. Los participantes explorarán el trabajo técnico (colocación sobre el hilo, técnica de agarre del cable, la realización de figuras…..) y la investigación
(movimiento, improvisación, trabajo en parejas…).

Metodología
Primera parte: técnico

– Un trabajo profundo entorno a la consciencia de la colocación sobre el cable, el centro, la visualización del cuerpo en equilibrio, pero también jugar y gestionar el desequilibrio.

– Un trabajo solamente dedicado a andar, correr, medio giro y saltar.

– Realización de figuras especificas.

Segunda parte: investigación

– Trabajo en pareja; diferentes pasos, cruces.

-Buscar el movimiento y la libertad del cuerpo sobre el cable.

– Improvisación coreográfica con la música.

Garazi pascual Esnaola artista/interprete de circo, especializada en equilibrio sobre el cable. Comienza su formación en la escuela de circo Oreka de Pamplona, continua en la escuela preparatoria Vertigo en Torino, Italia… Después de tres años de formación con actuaciones por toda Italia se dirige a Paris donde es aceptada en la Academia Fratellini de formación superior.

Durante estos años ha tenido la gran oportunidad de formarse con artistas/pedagogos reconocidos en el mundo del cable. Entre ellos Isabelle Brisset, Agathe Olivier, Arian Miluka, Sanja Kosonen, Florent Blondeau, Tatiana- Mosio Bongonga, Julian Posada, Nathalie Good.

Especializada en cable y apasionada del baile une las dos disciplinas realizando danza sobre el cable.

Balance on the cable Workshop for adults, amateurs and professionals.

During the course we will discover and go deeper on the technique of the balance – imbalance on the cable. The participants will exploro the technical work (placement on the cable, technique grasping the cable, the accomplishment of figures …) and the investigation (movement, improvisation, working in pairs …).

methodology

Firs part:  technique

– A deep work Into the conscience of the placement on the cable, the center, the visualization of the body in balance, but also to play and to manage the imbalance.

– A work dedicated to walking, running,  turn and  jump.

– Specific figures

Second part: research

– work in pairs; different steps, crossings.

– to look for the movement and the freedom of the body on the cable.

– Choreographic improvisation with the music.

Garazi Pascual Esnaola circus artist, specialized in balance on the cable. She starts her formation in Oreka Circus School Oof Pamplona, continues in the preparatory circus school Vertigo in Torino, Italy… After three years of formation with shows around Italy, she is accepted in the Academy Fratellini and goes to Paris.
