En este curso exploraremos elementos dinámicos simples de la acrobacia, trabajando en formas orgánicas de acercamiento al suelo, y en cómo utilizar el impulso generado por la acrobacia para contribuir a la fluidez del movimiento. Nos enfocaremos en construir el impulso, llevando la conciencia a las transferencias de peso, explorando la posición invertida (en las manos) y algunos elementos de contact improvisation.

In this course we will explore simple dynamic elements of acrobatics, working on organic ways of approaching the floor, and on how to use the momentum generated by acrobatics to contribute to the fluidity of movement and dance. Focusing on building momentum, bringing awareness to weight transfers, exploring the inverted position (on the hands) and some elements of partnering.

Open to all those who are interested in exploring the interaction between the dance and the acrobatics; The control on the handstand is not necessary!  To bring knee pads!
