Hoy abrimos una nueva sección! EL HERVIDERO. Cada miércoles os contaremos más en detalle uno de los programas e iniciativas en los que el Café de las Artes está involucrado. Hoy toca Be SpectACTive, un programa europeo con 19 socios de 15 países distintos, co-financiado por el Programa Europa Creativa de la UE, para la activación de públicos en el sector de las artes escénicas a través de la co-producción artística y la participación de los ciudadanos en los procesos creativos y en la programación de las estructuras culturales.El Café de las Artes ahora está principalmente trabajando en dos acciones: 1) la creación de un Club de Visionarios que se reunirá el próximo 8 de febrero para empezar a visionar y debatir sobre distintos espectáculos. ¡Vente! 2) la co-producción de la compañía seleccionada Colectivo Ameno y Maria Stoyanova que disfrutará de 4 residencias artísticas este año en Queer Zagreb Udruga, PTL – Plesni Teater Ljubljana / Dance Theatre Ljubljana, Occitanie en scène y Café de Las Artes Teatro, que se estrenará aquí, en el Café, en septiembre.
De diciembre de 2018 a diciembre de 2021, estaremos trabajando en Be SpectACTive para promover la experimentación en el territorio europeo mediante la producción de 15 nuevos espectáculos de teatro y danza; la creación de 50 grupos de espectadores activos en la co-programación y co-gestión de actividades; la celebración del Día Europeo del Espectador cada año; la realización de un proyecto de investigación para evaluar las prácticas puestas en marcha; y la organización de 4 Conferencias Internacionales dedicadas a la difusión.

We open a new section today! THE HIVE. Every Wednesday we will give you more info about one of the programmes or initiatives Cafe de las Artes is involved in. Today it is the turn of Be SpectACTive, a European program with 19 partners from 15 different countries, co-funded by EU’ Creative Europe Programme, which operates in performing arts through artistic productions and participatory practices aimed at involving the citizens in creative processes and cultural venues’ programming.
Now Cafe de las Artes is mainly working on two actions: 1) the creation of the Visionaries Club that will meet on the 8th February to start screening and debating about shows. Join us! 2) the co-production of the selected company Colectivo Ameno and Maria Stoyanova enjoying 4 artistic residencies in Queer Zagreb Udruga, PTL – Plesni Teater Ljubljana, Occitanie en scène and Café de Las Artes Teatro, and the premiere will be here, in Cafe de las Artes, in September.
From December 2018 to December 2021, in Be SpectACTive we will be working on audience engagement, fostering the experimentation in the European arena through: the production of 15 new theatre and dance shows; the creation of 50 local groups of active spectators involved in co-programming and co-managing activities; the celebration of the 4 European Spectators Day; the implementation of the research project evaluating the different practices activated; and the organisation of the 4 International Conference dedicated to the dissemination.
