En el HERVIDERO de hoy te queremos contar nuestro proyecto VISIONARIOS. Como en el Café de las Artes (CdAT) queremos promover la implicación de los ciudadanos en el proceso creativo y en la programación y gestión del teatro, nos unimos el año pasado al Programa Europeo Be SpectACTive! para aprender de otras organizaciones con más experiencia. Así hemos creado nuestro proyecto de espectadores activos ‘VISIONARIOS’ que está apoyado por Be SpectACTIve y por la Fundación Santander Creativa.
En VISIONARIOS del CdAT entran en escena todos aquellos espectadores, entusiastas y críticos, que están especialmente interesados en las artes escénicas y quieren romper la cuarta pared, aprender juntos y adquirir una mayor cercanía con los artistas, los procesos de creación y las obras. El CdAT fomenta así además la creación de nuevos públicos, la sostenibilidad de los proyectos culturales y el compromiso de la ciudadanía con las artes. Las actividades que llevamos a cabo son:
SESIONES DE FEEDBACK
En las sesiones de feedback, los espectadores, junto con profesionales del mundo de la escena, entran en diálogo directo con los artistas del programa de residencias del Café de las Artes. Debaten sobre su trabajo en proceso de creación e inspiran al artista con sus visiones. Se utiliza la metodología desarrollada por la Universidad de Amsterdam, en colaboración con el filósofo Karim Bennamar, cuyo éxito reside en acompañar a cualquier tipo de artista en su proceso creativo para que se haga más preguntas y se empodere, al tiempo que todos los participantes aprenden del intercambio y del diálogo. Las sesiones se realizan al final de cada residencia artística (mensual o bimestralmente). El ejercicio de feedback tiene 1h30 de duración esta coordinado por un facilitador.
SELECCIÓN DE LA PROGRAMACIÓN DEL CDAT
En distintos periodos del año se invita a los espectadores a visionar obras de teatro, danza y circo, participar en la selección de las propuestas de teatro y danza del circuito de la Red de Teatros Alternativos y participar así en la programación del Ciclo Fronterizo y del Ciclo de Merienda en el Teatro del CdAT. El encuentro se desarrolla de forma distendida para que todos los asistentes, independientemente de sus conocimientos o experiencia, se sientan libres y seguros para participar en el diálogo y dar su opinión.
CHÁCHARA Y VINO
Una vez al mes se selecciona un espectáculo y se invita a los espectadores a quedarse después de la función, tomarse un vino y romper ‘la cuarta pared’ para tener la posibilidad de charlar con los artistas y conocer de cerca la pieza y el proceso que los ha llevado hasta allí. Después, acompañados de un facilitador, y sin el autor de la pieza ya presente, el grupo debate sobre las razones por las que el espectáculo “les ha gustado o no” y desgranan el por qué de sus opiniones. No se trata de convencer a nadie de un discurso concreto, se trata de activar la curiosidad y de ampliar las formas de conocimiento, sin olvidar que más allá de gustos personales, hay un trabajo de investigación, inspiración, asociación y toma de decisión.
TALLERES DE FORMACIÓN
A lo largo del año, también se ofrece a los espectadores y a otros agentes profesionales del sector, la posibilidad de ampliar sus conocimientos en el campo de la mediación cultural y del feedback para poder profundizar juntos en esta materia. Se invita a expertos nacionales e internacionales para impartir el taller. Los talleres se anuncian con varias semanas de antelación para que todo el que quiera pueda inscribirse y reservar su plaza.

In the HIVE section of today we want to tell you about our project VISIONARIES. Since in Café de las Artes (CdAT) we want to promote the involvement of citizens in the creative process and in the programming and management of the theater, we joined the European Be SpectACTive Program last year! to learn from other organizations with more experience. Then we have created our project of active spectators ‘VISIONARIES’ that is supported by Be SpectACTIve and Fundación Santander Creativa.
In VISIONARIES of the CdAT all those enthusiasts and critic spectators, who are especially interested in the performing arts and want to break the fourth wall, como on scene to learn together and acquire a greater closeness with artists, their processes of creation and pieces. CdAT also promotes the creation of new audiences, the sustainability of cultural projects and the commitment of citizens to the arts. The activities that we carry out are the following:
FEEDBACK SESSIONS
In the feedback sessions, the spectators, together with professionals from the arts world, enter into direct dialogue with the artists in residency at Café de las Artes. They discuss about the work in process and inspire the artist with their visions. We use the feedback methodology developed by the University of Amsterdam in collaboration with the philosopher Karim Bennamar. Its success lies in accompanying any type of artist in their creative process so he/she is empowered and asks himself/herself more questions. In the meantime all participants learn of exchange and dialogue. Sessions are held at the end of each artistic residency (monthly or bimonthly). The 1 hour 30-hour feedback exercise is coordinated by a facilitator.
SELECTION OF CDAT PROGRAMMING
In different periods of the year, the spectators are invited to watch plays, dance and circus, participate in the selection of theater and dance proposals of the Network of Alternative Theaters and participate in the programming of the Border Cycle and the Snack Cycle at the CdAT Theater. The meeting is developed in a relaxed manner so that all attendees, regardless of their knowledge or experience, feel free and safe to participate in the dialogue and give their opinion.
CHÁCHARA Y VINO
Every month a show is selected and viewers are invited to stay after the show, have a wine and break ‘the fourth wall’ to have the chance to chat with the artists and get to know the piece and the process that brought them there. Then, accompanied by a facilitator, and without the author of the piece already present, the group discusses the reasons why they ‘liked or not’ the show and shed the reason for their opinions. It is not about convincing anyone of a specific discourse, it is about activating curiosity and expanding the forms of knowledge, without forgetting that beyond personal tastes, there is a work of research, inspiration, association and decision making.
TRAINING
Throughout the year, the possibility of expanding knowledge in the field of cultural mediation and feedback is also offered to spectators and arts professionals to deepen together in this field. National and international experts are invited to give a workshop. The workshops are announced several weeks in advance so that everyone interested can register and reserve their place.
